Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Monar Air Conditioning, LLC. As a Senior HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and Installation: Accurately diagnose and repair customers' HVAC systems, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Equipment Installation: Install and replace residential and commercial HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless split systems.
  • Wiring and Installation: Carry out wiring of low and line voltage to cooling and heating equipment, and install flex duct systems and ventilation products.
  • Refrigerant Lines: Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering.
  • Ductwork Fabrication: Fabricate ductwork and fittings as needed.
  • Safety and Maintenance: Safely work with heights and in tight working conditions, operate power and hand tools, and maintain a clean and organized company van.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years of hands-on field experience in the HVAC/Refrigeration field.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Qualifications: EPA Universal Certification, valid driver's license, and insurable driving record.
  • Skills: Proficient in all HVAC functional design, servicing, controls, and duct systems; strong knowledge of refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and installation of all residential and light commercial systems.
