Position: Senior HVAC Service Technician
Monar Air Conditioning is expanding, and we invite you to be a part of our journey. We are a certified and licensed HVAC company dedicated to providing top-notch services since our inception. We are currently in search of a qualified and seasoned Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role requires a hands-on professional with extensive experience in troubleshooting, servicing, and installing HVAC systems. A background in sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service for heating and air conditioning systems in both residential and light commercial settings, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Perform installation and maintenance tasks as required.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC/Refrigeration industry.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Experience with installation and replacement of HVAC equipment including air conditioners and heat pumps.
  • Ability to work safely with tools and equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including low voltage systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to address customer concerns effectively.
