Monar Air Conditioning, LLC is a family-owned and operated business specializing in the installation, service, and maintenance of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems. We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.


About the Role:

  • As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of heating and cooling systems in both residential and commercial settings.
  • You will provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces.
  • Install and replace residential and commercial HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company policies.
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to HVAC systems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of repairs and recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • EPA Universal Certification.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
  • Proficiency in installing, servicing, and repairing various types of HVAC equipment.
  • Strong understanding of electrical wiring, refrigerant handling, and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
