We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AC Service Technician to join our team at Monar Air Conditioning, LLC. As a Senior AC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and installation of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair customers' HVAC systems to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Install and replace residential and commercial HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless split systems.
  • Carry out wiring of low and line voltage to cooling and heating equipment.
  • Install flex duct systems and ventilation products in residential and light commercial buildings.
  • Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering.
  • Fabricate ductwork and fittings as needed.
  • Work safely at heights and in tight working conditions from extension and step ladders.
  • Operate power and hand tools safely.
  • Use safe lifting procedures and a full range of body motions: climbing, balancing, kneeling, reaching, lifting, bending, and twisting.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of hands-on field experience in the HVAC/Refrigeration field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
  • EPA Universal Certification.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Pass background check and drug screen.

  • Highly organized.
  • Effective communication skills.
