About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Elevate Home Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair a variety of HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance to identify potential issues and risks.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems accurately.
  • Respond to emergency repair calls to maintain system functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Meet service standards, follow work instructions, and fulfill customer requirements.
  • Build strong customer relationships and understand their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
  • Strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the HVAC field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Advanced knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating (HVAC) principles.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces, with a focus on safety and quality in all tasks.
