Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Analysis and Reporting: Analyze cost data, provide detailed reports, and monitor actual costs versus projected costs.
  • Relationship Building and Customer Service: Establish trusting relationships with peers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Contractor Cost Management: Monitor contractor costs, encumber funds monthly from budget, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Safety and Compliance: Complete required safety training in a timely manner and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Attention to Detail and Time Management: Demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Cost Analysis Experience: Possess at least 5 years of cost analysis experience in a business setting.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate PC skills, including proficiency with MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as a strong understanding of project database systems.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
