Senior Project Cost Control Specialist

Overview:
The Senior Project Cost Control Specialist is responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining comprehensive cost control measures on complex projects. This role leverages extensive experience and expertise to manage financial aspects effectively.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in cost control.
- Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, with familiarity in cost management systems such as SAP, Contruent, and EcoSys.
- Expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM), including quantity-based EVM in collaborative environments.
- Knowledge of Progress Measurement methodologies applicable to EPC and EPCM contracts, including CPI/SPI analyses.
- Comprehensive understanding of project controls operating models used by key partners in the semiconductor industry or similar sectors.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the potential to lead teams.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
Responsibilities:
- Support internal reporting schedules and requirements.
- Align proactively with partners to implement standards, develop Project Controls plans, and ensure compliance with invoicing processes.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure Monthly Reports include all essential Project Controls information, such as Cost, EAC, Trend logs, EVM, Change Management, and Risk Management.
