Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Hospitality Agents and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable processes, training and coaching team members, and owning various operations projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a Team of Hospitality Agents
    • Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to team members
    • Prioritize, delegate, execute, and support day-to-day tasking to ensure world-class guest experience and team accountability
  • Develop and Implement Scalable Processes
    • Develop and update standard operating procedures to support team execution
    • Analyze market trends to optimize operations and proactively address potential guest issues
  • Communicate Effectively
    • Communicate cross-functionally clearly and with compassion
  • Own Operations Projects
    • Assist in continuous improvement project design and implementation
  • Collaborate with City Operations Leadership
    • Work with City Operations Leadership to identify new opportunities to elevate operations for both our guests and the city team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience managing direct reports; hospitality a plus
  • Leadership and Communication Skills
    • Proven ability to lead, prioritize, and deliver with a focus on driving team performance through coaching, training, and accountability
    • Strong affinity to people management and able to effectively lead a team by example, inspiring people to be engaged and proactive
    • Great communication skills, able to define clear action steps for their team members and effectively delegate
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability
    • Ability to take the initiative and problem solve independently
    • Ability to adapt and flex to shifting priorities
  • Technical Skills
    • Basic spreadsheet knowledge required i.e., Google suite
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift/carry items up to 40lbs, and stand/walk for extended periods of time
