Job Title: Help Desk Technician II
Job Summary:
General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Help Desk Technician II to provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and be able to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their technical needs and provide solutions
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of related experience
- Security+ CE or another 8570 Cert
- PWS 9.1 cert
