This part-time Help Desk Technician IV role offers the chance to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional IT services. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or mobile users.

Key Responsibilities:

◆ Provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or mobile users

What You'll Need to Succeed:

◆ 5+ years of related experience

◆ Education: Associates of Arts/Associates of Science

◆ Required certifications: Security+CE

Work Environment:
