Entry-Level Environmental Technician - RCG Moody International Limited c/- Intertek

Our comprehensive service offerings encompass environmental engineering, industrial hygiene, and specialized testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections related to asbestos, lead, and mold, including abatement observations and post-abatement assessments.
  • Perform lead surveys and XRF sampling, as well as air sampling and indoor air quality studies.
  • Support due diligence projects and conduct environmental site assessments.
  • Document field activities and prepare detailed reports.
  • Coordinate project data, records, and reports pertinent to assigned tasks.
  • Engage in quality assurance and quality control programs, along with safety initiatives.
This position is designed for individuals who possess both the mental and physical capabilities to fulfill the outlined responsibilities.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proficiency with specific sampling instrumentation.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Valid Driver's License with a reliable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • One year of experience in monitoring and inspecting asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold.
  • Relevant state certifications in asbestos, lead, or mold.
  • Familiarity with industrial hygiene concepts and practical environmental practices.
