Financial Analyst for Arts and Sciences

Job Summary: The College of Arts and Sciences is seeking a Financial Analyst to facilitate procurement for assigned departments, monitor the college's internal ticketing system, and reconcile accounts monthly. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, accuracy, organization, excellent communication skills, and initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all procurement for assigned departments within the College of Arts & Sciences
- Monitor the college's internal ticketing system daily for requests for payments
- Reconcile accounts monthly following established College & University policies & procedures
- Complete concur expense reports to be submitted to supervisor and/or budget approver by established deadlines
- Interpret and enforce university policies and procedures, rules and regulations, and consistency with best practices for the A&S Business Center
Requirements:
- Attention to detail, accuracy, organization, excellent communication skills, and initiative
- 4 years of related experience
