Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and fax.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding customer service orders, product inquiries, and status updates.
  • Process customer orders, modifications, and returns efficiently.
  • Address customer complaints by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and offering recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations Supervisor as needed.
  • Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate tracking of account details, order statuses, and lead times.
  • Deliver prompt feedback on service failures or customer concerns.
  • Work in conjunction with Sales Representatives on quotes and order statuses.
  • Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting any hazardous conditions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
