Job Summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Human Resource Information System, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the document control process for all new hires, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and new hire orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of various human resources programs and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in recruitment, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
