Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Client Service Specialist to join our team at Marshall & Sterling. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding service to clients by responding to their inquiries, addressing their needs, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Producers to secure applications from clients, manage account transactions, and process claims.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, changes in regulations, and new products and services, and communicate this information to clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and provide support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in insurance lines of coverage, fundamental rating, underwriting, and procedural skills.
  • Experience with AMS360 and Image Right is a plus.
  • Proven ability to exceed expectations, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Brokers License in resident state.
  • High level of organizational ability, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $47,500 - $52,500, depending on experience, education, and work location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
