Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Client Service Specialist to join our team at Marshall & Sterling. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding service to clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and addressing their individual needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services.
  • Assist Account Managers and Producers in securing applications from clients, managing all account transactions, and reviewing policies for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process transactions in a timely manner, following workflow procedures and guidelines to reduce the risk of E&O claims.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders, documenting all conversations and interactions in our system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes and maintain a file on pertinent information from companies.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in insurance lines of coverage, fundamental rating, underwriting, and procedural skills.
  • Experience with AMS360 and Image Right is a plus.
  • Proven ability to exceed expectations and provide exceptional service.
  • Brokers License in resident state.
  • High level of organizational ability with attention to detail.
What We Offer
