Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update client information during each visit.
  • Build rapport with clients by remembering their names, interests, and personal stories.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math proficiency.

  • Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in customer service or a related field.
