Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret a variety of complex commercial real estate documents, including leases, amendments, subleases, and termination agreements.

  • Conduct thorough due diligence for commercial real estate transactions.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
  • Active admission to the state bar.
  • Demonstrated expertise in drafting and reviewing commercial leases.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven history of resolving complex real estate disputes.
  • In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
