Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Creative Director who excels in guiding interdisciplinary teams through every stage of the creative process. The ideal candidate will bring exemplary aesthetic sensibility, design expertise, and storytelling skills to the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal brainstorms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects from conception to execution.
  • Serve as the creative and conceptual guide for projects, maintaining a high standard of excellence while addressing client feedback effectively.
  • Actively participate in new business pitches, creating compelling presentations to secure projects.
  • Foster strong client relationships and manage expectations throughout project lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with producers on project budgets, schedules, and resource needs.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring creative concepts are executed within budget and timeline constraints.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5+ years of directorial experience in a creative studio or agency, with a proven track record of leading award-winning advertising campaigns and interactive experiences.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and design excellence, including innovative motion graphics and immersive, multi-platform campaigns.
  • Proven ability in design and art direction, with advanced proficiency in relevant software (e.g., C4D, Houdini, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
  • Articulate and charismatic speaker, capable of leading discussions, engaging audiences, and effectively articulating creative vision to both internal teams and clients.
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to transform insights into viable creative solutions while balancing creative expression with practical business needs.
  • Strategic thinker who can adapt creative direction in response to evolving project requirements, generating a sustainable vision across platforms and initiatives.
