**About the Job**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Lead to join our team at Burlington Stores, Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives and inspiring your colleagues to provide exceptional service to all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model company core values and maintain a customer-first focus
  • Drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys
  • Maintain a neat and orderly front-end area and troubleshoot issues with registers and transactions
  • Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence

Requirements:

  • Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
