Job Description

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician to fill the role of Centralized Trainer and Coach. This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RBT to develop additional skills in mentorship and coaching while working in a center-based environment.

The Centralized Trainer and Coach will be responsible for leading and managing the centralized training process for new RBTs in their first two weeks at Soar. This includes guiding them through our standardized training program, conducting role plays, spot checks, and providing ongoing mentorship to ensure their success in delivering high-quality care at our clinic.

This role is full-time (40 hours/week), center-based, and salaried. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings, and extensive professional learning opportunities.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Have achieved RBT 2 status or above
  • Experience coaching others and providing feedback
  • Strong personal organization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be open and willing to feedback, learning, and growth

The position will start in Q4 2024, and have a two-week training and ramp-up period before starting. Relocation assistance is available for candidates relocating from Colorado to Arizona for the position.

Pay range is $50,000.00 - $60,000.00/year with an annual bonus potential based on performance in the role.
