At Universal Health Services, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Lead Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Valley Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona.

The successful candidate will assist with planning and implementing activity services for assigned programs, working closely with the interdisciplinary treatment team to define and implement treatment goals.

Key responsibilities include providing continuous patient care, observation, interaction, and role modeling to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse and Management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Three years of related experience in the Behavioral health field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
