About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Specialist to join our Ahwatukee, AZ team. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will work 1:1 with patients and families to reach individualized goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a care team to ensure client progress and technician support
* Help patients and families reach individualized goals under the supervision of a BCBA
* Work 1:1 with patients and families to implement ABA based therapy
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

About You

* You are available to work the following schedule: All-day availability Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM, Flex schedule 3 or more evenings Monday-Friday
* You are at least 18 years of age
* You can access reliable technology and an internet connection conducive to successful remote training
* You have experience and are comfortable navigating hybrid training (remote and in-person)
* You have experience working with children in any capacity and have a natural passion for serving others
* You have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to pass our physical requirements and lift up to 25 lbs. routinely
* Ability to pass state and federal background checks
* You have reliable transportation to commute in dual environments (home or local center if applicable) within the Ahwatukee, AZ, service area.
