Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled In-Home Window Blind and Shade Installer to join our team at Stoneside Blinds & Shades. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering a five-star experience to our customers by installing high-end custom window treatments in their homes and offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure windows and enter measurements into our automated system
  • Pickup completed orders from our local warehouse
  • Install custom-made blinds, shades, and draperies in customer's homes and offices
  • Identify and document any issues with the final installation
  • Demonstrate products to customers and answer their questions
  • Provide warranty support for our products
Requirements
  • 2+ years of installing window treatments, millwork, or similar experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
  • Ability to work independently
  • Current and valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift a maximum of 35lbs and climb up and down ladders

  • Earn $25 to $28 base rate per hour when not traveling
  • Earn $30 to $33 per hour when traveling
  • Additional monthly bonus opportunity of $400 or more
