Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial landscape construction is required.
  • Ability to quickly analyze situations, evaluate options, and make informed decisions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of contracting principles and landscape installation or construction site work.
  • Proven ability to establish productivity benchmarks and inspire employees to meet objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills to develop and organize teams for professional success.
  • Capability to interpret and utilize financial and accounting reports effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Background in Landscape Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Management is advantageous.
