- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process and timely employee evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to all established policies and procedures.
- Foster talent development throughout the branch.
- Surpass customer expectations in quality, craftsmanship, and service.
- Set job cost objectives and monitor performance metrics.
- Distribute manpower and equipment resources effectively among Production and Project Managers.
- Optimize fleet utilization while minimizing rental equipment expenses.
- Authorize all subcontract agreements prior to project initiation.
- Cultivate strong relationships with subcontractors and manage their performance effectively.
- Provide constructive feedback to Estimators regarding the accuracy of direct cost estimates.
- Ensure accurate completion of daily field reports.
- Review customer invoices with the Contract Administrator and assist in the collection process.
- Conduct weekly production meetings to address ongoing challenges.
- 5-7 years of experience in commercial landscape construction is required.
- Ability to quickly analyze situations, evaluate options, and make informed decisions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contracting principles and landscape installation or construction site work.
- Proven ability to establish productivity benchmarks and inspire employees to meet objectives.
- Strong leadership skills to develop and organize teams for professional success.
- Capability to interpret and utilize financial and accounting reports effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Background in Landscape Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Management is advantageous.
