Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Assist with guest check-in and check-out, room assignments, and reservation management.
  • Offer assistance with special requests, such as arranging for services or providing directions.
  • Monitor guest accounts to ensure adherence to hotel credit limits and verify accuracy of registration information.
  • Adhere to hotel policies regarding cash banks, drop/deposit logs, and other financial procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, reporting any safety issues to management immediately.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with hospitality industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to interpret instructions, read, write, and speak effectively in English.
  • Knowledge of reservation and POS systems, with ability to work with computers and software.
  • Must be a team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
