Job Title: Client Service Representative

Job Summary:
IRIS is seeking a Client Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our valued customers. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for assisting new customers with onboarding, addressing technical issues, and providing training and education on standard functionality. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and improve areas of dissatisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
* Assist new customers with completing onboarding via IRIS' automated system
* Collaborate with the Customer Support team to resolve technical issues
* Analyze and interpret client data to provide actionable insights
* Provide training and education on standard functionality
* Work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and improve areas of dissatisfaction

Requirements:

* Associate's degree or related experience
* 3+ years of customer service experience
* Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required

Skills:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized with strong time management skills
* Highly coachable and career-driven professional
* Ability to demonstrate effective leadership across all customer types/stakeholders
