Hotel Night Auditor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team at Extended Stay America Premier Suites Pensacola NAS Corry Station. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for processing administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures, ensuring every hotel guest has a pleasant stay, and verifying financial records.

Responsibilities:

Process additional administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures as required

Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records, including room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, and final bill preparation

Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve guest complaints

Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management and department heads

Requirements:

Flexible overnight hours are required

Must be computer proficient and have experience with accounting or reservation software

Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred

Great communication and excellent customer service skills are required
