Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and service-oriented interactions with guests and employees.
  • Address and resolve conflicts in a calm and poised manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.
  • Ensure high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome.
  • Check-in and check-out guests, assign rooms, and process payments.
  • Arrange for special services, such as making reservations or providing directions.
  • Minimize loss of revenue by adhering to credit and inventory control procedures.
  • Monitor customer accounts and verify accuracy of registration information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with hospitality industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to interpret instructions and communicate effectively in English.
  • Knowledge of reservation and POS systems.
  • Ability to work with computers and software.
  • Must be a team player and able to work independently.
