Customer Service Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide friendly and service-oriented interactions with guests and employees.
- Address and resolve conflicts in a calm and poised manner.
- Maintain regular attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.
- Ensure high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
- Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome.
- Check-in and check-out guests, assign rooms, and process payments.
- Arrange for special services, such as making reservations or providing directions.
- Minimize loss of revenue by adhering to credit and inventory control procedures.
- Monitor customer accounts and verify accuracy of registration information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Ability to interpret instructions and communicate effectively in English.
- Knowledge of reservation and POS systems.
- Ability to work with computers and software.
- Must be a team player and able to work independently.
