Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated FULL TIME Behavior Support Specialists for our Center-Based Programs.

As a vital member of our team, you will engage in a supportive and collaborative environment, working closely with peers in a classroom setting alongside our exceptional clients. Service Area: Long Beach/ South Bay Region.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Implement a range of ABA methodologies and strategies to assist clients within the educational environment, benefiting from the guidance of our BCBA and Field Trainers.
  • Facilitate the development of language and communication abilities in clients through behavior intervention and positive reinforcement techniques.
  • Accurately collect, document, and monitor data reflecting each client's progress.
  • Participate in monthly clinic meetings.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in ABA.
