Job Title: Behavioral Health Support Specialist

At 360 Behavioral Health, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional care and support to individuals with autism and developmental delays, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Implement behavioral support plans and document progress.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  • Meet punctuality and attendance standards.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Empathy and compassion towards individuals with autism and developmental delays.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
