Join Our Team as a Behavior Interventionist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Interventionist to join our team at Autism Behavior Consultants. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and related disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored behavior intervention plans to address specific strengths and weaknesses in areas such as academics, communication, play, self-help, and social interactions.
  • Utilize evidence-based ABA techniques and strategies to work with clients in school and home settings.
  • Teach clients language and communication skills through behavior intervention/modification and positive reinforcement techniques.
  • Collect, record, and maintain data on each client's progress.
  • Attend monthly team meetings and receive ongoing training and support.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or Higher in a related field.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, undergraduate coursework, and related work experience.
