Job Title: Behavior Interventionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavior Interventionist to join our team at Autism Behavior Consultants. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Job Summary
  • Utilize evidence-based ABA techniques and strategies to work with clients in a school setting, including extension supervision and support from our BCBA and Field Trainers.
  • Teach clients language and communication skills through behavior intervention/modification and positive reinforcement techniques.
  • Collect, record, and maintain data on each client's progress.
  • Attend monthly clinic meetings and receive ongoing training.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
  • 2 years of direct ABA experience.
