Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer to join our team at Raytheon Careers. As a Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the 2nd shift production floor in a test engineering capacity, including training test operators, troubleshooting test equipment and production hardware, and analyzing systemic production failures.
  • Work closely with Test Operators, Quality engineering, process engineering, and operations staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain production test procedures, and review and comment on all production procedures maintained across the production floor.
  • Identify trends in defects and work with the appropriate teams to resolve in a timely manner to prevent future defects in the build process.
  • May have opportunities to be involved in new test set builds and integration of process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree.
  • 2+ years of experience with RF testing equipment and troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance, with U.S. citizenship required.
