Join Skyworks as a Test Co-op Engineer

Skyworks is a leading innovator of high-performance analog semiconductors, powering the wireless networking revolution. We're seeking a motivated and skilled Test Co-op Engineer to join our Diversified Analog Solutions (DAS) Division in Andover, MA.

About the Role

As a Test Co-op Engineer, you will play a critical role in analyzing device characteristics, evaluating RF performance, and ensuring our products meet specifications and performance criteria. You will work closely with our elite team of top RF professionals, growing your skills and knowledge in real-world products.

Responsibilities
  • Support engineering activities such as test, check-out, and modification
  • Work from schematic, diagrams, written, and verbal descriptions
  • Assist in determining methods for time reduction
  • Build RF test setups and harnesses
  • Perform RF tests, evaluating standard RF devices, including amplifiers, filters, couplers, etc.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in electrical engineering pursuing a BS or MS degree
  • Ability to complete a 6-month Co-op term prior to graduation
  • Familiarity with RF bench testing
  • Proactive and able to improve and troubleshoot test benches
  • Knowledge of RF test equipment: Network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, multi-meter, oscilloscope, signal generators, power meter, etc.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to understand schematics and diagrams
  • Team-oriented attitude, accountability, and ownership
  • Understanding of RF Technology
What We Offer

As a Test Co-op Engineer at Skyworks, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world products, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our team. We offer a competitive salary range of USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour for Engineering interns and USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour for Non-Engineering interns, depending on level of education, job duties, and work location.
