Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Developmental Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities, preferably within an early intervention setting.
  • Certifications/Licenses
    • Appropriate state licensure or certification in the relevant field.
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of child development principles and early intervention strategies.
    • Excellent assessment and analytical skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
    • Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
Physical Requirements
