About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to provide high-quality medical care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential homes and vocational centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to individuals with disabilities
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct regular health assessments and report findings to the registered nurse
  • Coordinate preventative and routine medical care, including medication management and health education
  • Document nursing care provided and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program
  • Current LPN license with no restrictions to practice nursing
  • Current CPR certification or eligibility to certify for CPR
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with disabilities and their families
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
