As a Residential Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of Direct Support Professionals, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide program oversight and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Supervise and mentor Direct Support Professionals, providing training and coaching to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the financial systems of the program, ensuring fiscal responsibility and integrity.
  • Collaborate with the program nurse to ensure proper medical care and follow-up, including medication administration.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with family members and outside providers.
  • Ensure a cooperative and inclusive environment within the residential group home.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is required; 3-5 years of experience is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience supervising staff is required; 3-5 years of experience is preferred.
  • Ability to participate in mandatory training programs.
