Job Title: Retail Account Manager

Atomic Brands is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring our brands are represented in-store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including key account managers and decision-makers
  • Conduct in-store visits to ensure our brands are merchandised and represented according to our brand standards
  • Collaborate with our distributor teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and merchandising initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven sales and merchandising experience in the beverage industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal oversight and guidance
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Some nights and weekends required, with occasional travel
