The Sales Coordinator will assist in the daily operations of the sales department. Throughout the sales process, the coordinator will collaborate with internal teams and engage with clients to ensure that operational requirements are fulfilled. This role is crucial in enhancing the effectiveness of the sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and other stakeholders to facilitate the daily operational management of accounts, including new item setup, onboarding, reporting, and coordination of demonstrations.
  • Oversee the sales technology stack, which encompasses prospecting tools, file sharing, CRM systems, and calendars.
  • Assist in the generation of proposals and quotes by interfacing with the ERP system.
  • Drive strategic planning across all departments closely aligned with customer needs.
  • Enhance sales productivity by streamlining processes and implementing sales automation tools, such as contract management and content enablement software.
  • Work with teams to identify and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and clients to ensure outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in supporting a sales team.
  • Experience in technology sales is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong sales acumen and customer service capabilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient problem-solving, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a high level of commitment.
  • Willingness to work onsite.
