Job Overview

The Client Support Specialist serves as the essential link between our company and our valued customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries promptly during operational hours.
  • Address any voicemails and messages received from the service line.
  • Manage incoming email communications and redirect them as necessary.
  • Welcome clients and visitors to our facility.
  • Evaluate incoming leads and potential clients.
  • Coordinate scheduling for consultations and estimates.
  • Provide product quotations over the phone to clients.
  • Support Estimators with follow-ups on pending sales and quotes via phone and email.
  • Organize and maintain daily work orders and estimates.
  • Ensure the office environment remains organized and presentable.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Preferred Competencies:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Dedicated, self-motivated, with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
