About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled VP Director of Data Management to lead the management and future development of our Katz Digital Audio and Video Data Management Platform. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with our media sales team, customer base, and publishing partners to drive growth and success in our dynamic business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage our Data Management Platform to ensure seamless data flow and accurate targeting.
  • Collaborate with our digital offerings to support and drive sales, while effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and curate targeted audience segments from 1P and 3P sources, including onboarding and stewarding data from publishers and advertisers.
  • Work to ensure successful campaign performance, measured by attribution from internal and external sources.
  • Build new and effective audience segments to support our business and help deliver KPIs/goals set by our customers.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of digital media experience, with a focus on Audio and/or Video Ad serving technology tools and/or companies.
  • Background and experience in Data, Analytics, and/or Attribution.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ad tech components with less sophisticated constituencies.
  • Ability to help produce materials that make Ad Tech components understandable for external constituencies.
  • Willingness to strategize and implement details for campaign and data success.
