Job Title: Emergency Preparedness Director

Rutland Regional Medical Center seeks a skilled and experienced professional to serve as its Emergency Preparedness Director. This critical role ensures the organization's readiness for all emergencies that could impact operations. As an essential member of the management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing emergency preparedness plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and serving as the primary liaison with external agencies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in disaster/emergency management, public administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in large organization emergency preparedness, including 3 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in Microsoft desktop applications and knowledge of emergency management phases are also essential. Certification in disaster or hazardous materials decontamination is preferred.

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per annum
