Embedded Adjunct for Dual Credit

This is an exciting opportunity for current ISD employees to teach dual credit courses and enhance their skills as educators. As an Embedded Adjunct for Dual Credit, you will have the chance to work closely with students and faculty to provide high-quality instruction and support.

Responsibilities:

• Teach courses as scheduled and maintain a strong commitment to student learning and success.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote growth and improvement.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Vary depending on the course type. For academic transfer courses, a Master's Degree with at least 18 SCH in the subject area is required. For technical courses, an Associate's Degree in the subject area or a License/Certification with 3+ years of work experience in the field related to the discipline is required. If you are applying to teach a profession that requires a license, please provide a copy of your license in the 'Other Document' area in the 'Documents Needed to Apply' section.
