About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team at TLR Services Inc. in Portland, OR. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to our Business Operations Teams, including scanning and filing documents.
  • Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as event planning and coordination.
  • Support project-based duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Entry-level office environment customer service experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate ability in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work under stress and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
