About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team at TLR Services Inc. in Portland, OR. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to our Business Operations Teams, including scanning and filing documents.
- Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as event planning and coordination.
- Support project-based duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Entry-level office environment customer service experience a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate ability in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work under stress and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
