Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Transport Coordinator to join our transport team at Texas Children's Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to critically ill newborns and their families.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of critically ill newborns, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating transportation of critically ill newborns
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • BSN degree from an accredited institution
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a neonatal intensive care unit
  • Valid CPR certification

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.
