As a Neonatal Intensive Care Specialist, you will join our team of highly skilled professionals who strive to deliver the highest quality care in a state-of-the-art Level IV NICU.

About Us

Our team of specialized nurses, providers, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals work together to provide complex medical and surgical care to patients with multiple diagnoses.

Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough assessments of patients and families, identifying biophysical, psychosocial, developmental, cultural, spiritual, and environmental needs.
  • Analyze data from medical records to coordinate patient care and anticipate potential problems.
  • Develop individualized plans of care based on nursing assessments, prioritizing and adapting as necessary.
  • Determine applicable standards of care and practice, coordinating with other healthcare team members as needed.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in nursing or acceptance into a BSN program with a signed agreement.
  • Current licensure with the Board of Nursing for the State of Texas or Nurse Licensure Compact, along with BLS certification.
  • At least one year of professional nursing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, time management skills, flexibility, oral and written communication skills, and knowledge of unit-specific equipment and the nursing process.
Compensation

We offer an estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace, all successful candidates will undergo respiratory fit testing in compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
