Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Operations Coordinator to join our team at SP+. This role is responsible for supporting safe and efficient shuttle operations through scheduling, employee communication, and shift management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule vehicles and drivers for fixed route service, covering open shifts as needed.
  • Manage employee communication and provide support for daily operations.
  • Possess a valid CDL Drivers License with Passenger Endorsement and DOT Medical Card.
  • Maintain an acceptable DMV record and facilitate monthly driver meetings and company training.
  • Assist Facility Managers with other duties as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • Valid CDL Class A, B, or C Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement.
  • DOT Medical Card.
  • Prior experience with shuttle or dispatched transportation operations, scheduling, and employee management preferred.
