As a Residences Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to Residence owners and their guests. This includes responding to requests for information, making arrangements, and identifying appropriate providers. You will also be responsible for gathering and providing information about the property and surrounding area amenities, as well as announcing visitors and implementing access control measures.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to Residence owners' and guests' requests for information and services
- Make arrangements and identify appropriate providers
- Gather and provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities
- Announce visitors and implement access control measures
- Answer and process calls, messages, and requests
- Contact appropriate individuals or departments as necessary
- Assist with owners' reservation services and scheduling
- Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks
- Review shift logs and document pertinent information
- Report incidents and accidents to manager
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
