Job Summary: We are seeking an Incident, Problem and Release Manager to join our team at GM InfoTech LLC in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service delivery and a proven track record of managing complex incidents and releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform impact analysis on reported incidents and trigger the Major Incident Management Process.
  • Manage Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents with the objective of timely resolution of business-impacting incidents.
  • Manage outages, driving and coordinating resolution, including calls, escalation and notification to all senior and executive stakeholders across the firm.
  • Deliver results and achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA)/ Key Performance Indicator (KPI) by focusing on effective cross-functional team working.
  • Focus on restoration of services with urgency and efficiency.
  • Responsible for quality control of incidents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or its foreign equivalent.
  • 60 months of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the field or in the alternative job positions of Major Incident Manager, Problem Manager and Release Manager, Shift Lead and Incident Management.
